Waiting Time In spite of our attempt to schedule appointments in an efficient manner, there are always emergencies, unexpected delays, or prolonged and difficult cases, which will occasionally delay us. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you feel that your wait has been long, please notify a staff member at the reception desk. This staff member will investigate the delay. We believe in the value of your time and apologize in advance for any inconvenience any prolonged wait may cause you. Please let us know if it creates a hardship for you on a particular day. Please note that there is no advantage to arriving early for your appointment, as you will not be seen in advance of your scheduled time. While transportation and general assistance is necessary for many of our patients, we would greatly appreciate it if you would keep the number of children, friends, and/or relatives accompanying you to a minimum, as seating is limited in our Reception Room.
