Billing and Your Account

For facility (hospital) billing questions, visit baptisteast.com/billing.
For provider based (physician) billing questions, view a list of Frequently Asked Questions.

Patients will receive a bill from CBC only when we have processed your claim and received a response from your insurance carrier.  Monthly statements indicate the balance that is the patient's responsibility.

Rather than quote fees in this section, we urge you to ask for a listing of your most standard services and the corresponding fee amounts during your first visit.  The bookkeeper maintains this service list for you and will be happy to give you a copy and explain everything.

We do attempt to be reasonable in our fees and welcome any questions you might have.

Your Account

The balance you owe represents a "contract" between you and CBC.  If you have health insurance, we will file your claims for you, but please remember that your insurance represents a contract between you (or your employer) and that health insurance company.  We will always look to you in our dealings, and must ask you to act on your own behalf to handle any disputes with you health insurance carrier.

Paying Your Bill

All co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance not covered by your health insurance will need to be paid at the time of service.
