Consulting in Blood Disorders and Cancer, or CBC Group, is a community-based team practice of board-certified specialists in adult hematology and medical oncology. Dr. Marion F. Beard, the first hematologist to practice in the state of Kentucky, founded our practice in 1947.  Since then CBC Group has expanded to include ten full-time physicians with a caring, experienced staff.
