Charles D. Webb, MD Charles D. Webb, MD is a native Kentuckian who joined the practice at CBC in 1994. He is board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology. Dr. Webb graduated summa cum laude from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky in 1983 and received his medical education at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, graduating in 1987. He served as an intern and resident in Internal Medicine at the University of Louisville affiliated hospitals from 1988 to 1990 and was a fellow in Medical Oncology and Hematology at the Wake Forest University Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston Salem, North Carolina from 1991 to 1994. He was a recipient of an American Cancer Society Fellowship Grant in 1992. Since returning to Louisville, Dr. Webb has served as the chairman of the cancer committee at Baptist Hospital East and has served as a member of the medical advisory committee for Hospice of Louisville.
