John L. Huber, MD John L. Huber, Jr., MD is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated cum laude with honors in molecular biology from Vanderbilt University in 1994. Dr. Huber then returned to Louisville where he attended the University of Louisville School of Medicine and graduated cum laude in 1998. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in and became board certified in internal medicine in 2001. Dr Huber returned to Vanderbilt University for a hematology and medical oncology fellowship from 2001 until 2004 and became board certified in hematology and medical oncology in 2004. After completion of fellowship, he returned to Louisville and joined Consultants in Blood Disorders and Cancer in 2004. Professional society memberships include the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, American Society of Internal Medicine, American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology, Kentucky Medical Association, and the Jefferson County Medical Society. Dr Huber is currently on the medical advisory board of Hospice of Louisville. . .
